We hereby request that the Annual Meeting, presently scheduled to be held on Zoom five days before Christmas,  be rescheduled on a date that is likely to be convenient for the majority of owners, and that it be held in person, with all possible COVID precautions  (e.g., limiting attendance to one person per unit, checking vaccination status, requiring masks, offering a Zoom option for those who are not vaccinated or cannot attend, and using an outdoor venue such as the Goswick Pavilion).
